The 30 days process you will need to continue before planting.
Sow seeds:
To plant in pots ; Use a starting mix with sand and cover them lightly with soil.
Keep the seeds moist.
The temperature should be 60-70 degrees to germinate.
Once they have developed leaves you can transplant to a sunny location in your gardens.
If you plant them in pots make sure it is well draining!
I germinate by a natural process over wintering here in my North Texas gardens.

How are Seeds Shipped ?
All very small seeds are processed using a normal stamp process for letters. Larger small seed orders will be shipped with a non-Machinable stamp. MULTI seed orders are shipped in a larger First-Class envelope with a printed USPS Etsy tracking label.
