It has large four-petaled flowers, solitary from leaf axils.
Nodding buds, opening into pink flowers.
The upper leaf axils on slender, downy stems.
The delicate-textured, cup-shaped blossoms are lined with pink veins.
Foliage is usually linear and pinnate, although leaves can be entire and lance-shaped.
A hardy and drought resistant species that can form colonies of considerable size.
The flowers may be as small as 1 inch wide under drought conditions.
The flowers open in the evening, closing them again early each morning.

How are Seeds Shipped ?
All very small seeds are processed using a normal stamp process for letters. Larger small seed orders will be shipped with a non-Machinable stamp. MULTI seed orders are shipped in a larger First-Class envelope with a printed USPS Etsy tracking label.
